Kazuyuki Inui

Born in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, in 1984. After graduating from the School of Business Administration at Meiji University in 2008, joined Marubeni Thailand Co., Ltd. and spent seven years in Bangkok gaining hands-on experience in international business. After returning to Japan, studied corporate strategy, finance, and management at Keio University's Graduate School of Business Administration, earning an MBA in 2017. Joined TAIHO Co., Ltd. that same year and was appointed Representative Director and President in 2019. Since taking office, has strengthened the organizational structure and driven reform of the corporate culture, while expanding the group through M&A and introducing advanced technologies. Opened the Tokyo Head Office in 2025, accelerating business expansion from the Shikoku base across Japan and into global markets.

Born in Yawatahama, Ehime Prefecture, in 1963. After graduating from the electrical engineering course of the Nippondenso technical college in 1983, joined DENSO Corporation, working as a designer of control systems and robot systems in the production equipment design and development division. In 1992, moved to Yutaka Keiso Co., Ltd. (now the engineering division of TAIHO), serving as an instrumentation engineer on projects such as the construction of Unit 3 of Shikoku Electric Power's Ikata Power Station. After transferring to TAIHO in 1995, served successively as Matsuyama Branch Manager, General Manager of the Administration Division, and General Manager of the Engineering Division. Appointed Director in 2007, a position held to this day. In the group's M&A activities, became Representative Director of Shinritsu Denki Co., Ltd. in 2010, merged Hikage Denki Co., Ltd. into Shinritsu Denki in 2015, and was appointed Representative Director of Hajime Kagaku Co., Ltd. in 2025. Currently serves concurrently as president of two group subsidiaries.

Yukihiro Fujisawa

Born in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, in 1970. In 1991, joined the computer division of a locally headquartered distributor of industrial machinery. Spent several years in the internal information systems department working on the renewal of core business systems, gaining experience as a programmer, systems engineer, and in sales. After leaving the company in 2004, joined TAIHO Co., Ltd. Worked in the Administration Division on information systems, finance, accounting, and general affairs, and was appointed Director in 2019, a position held to this day. Oversees the administrative divisions of the TAIHO Group, working to strengthen a sound management foundation.

Tami Ihara

Born in Kagawa Prefecture in 1966. Lived in Malaysia from the fourth year of elementary school through high school graduation. After working at two advertising agencies, joined adidas Japan as head of branding and communications for the 2002 FIFA World Cup Korea/Japan, later leading the women's sports, running, and tennis businesses. At The Walt Disney Company (Japan), served as head of film marketing, handling titles such as "Frozen," "Big Hero 6," "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," and "Beauty and the Beast," and as Vice President of the retail business opened the flagship Disney Store in Shinjuku. In 2023, became the first female director of WOWOW Inc. Currently serves as a board member of the Japan Football Association, the women's amateur football league, and the JD.LEAGUE, as a councilor of the Japan Tennis Association and the Tsutsugo Sports Youth Development Foundation, and as a secretary of the Keizai Doyukai (Japan Association of Corporate Executives). Appointed Non-executive Director of TAIHO Co., Ltd. in 2026.

After working in Japan at KPMG AZSA LLC on financial audits and internal control development, and then in FP&A at a foreign-owned manufacturer, moved to Thailand in 2013. Following a role at the Japan desk of an international accounting firm, founded BizWings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in 2015 to support the accounting, tax, and administrative operations of companies expanding into Thailand, and continues to serve as its President. Also serves as an advisor to several Japanese public institutions in Thailand. Appointed Corporate Auditor of TAIHO Co., Ltd. in 2025. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo, and holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a DBA from the Asian Institute of Technology. Certified Public Accountant (Japan) and Licensed Tax Accountant (Japan).

Shinichi Imai

Joined the Takamatsu Regional Taxation Bureau in 1966. Served as District Director of the Kawashima and Sakaide Tax Offices, and was appointed Director of the Collection Department of the Takamatsu Regional Taxation Bureau in 2006. After retiring in 2007, opened a practice as a licensed tax accountant. In 2010, joined Rokujo Tax Accountants' Corporation as a partner tax accountant. Left the firm in 2022 and once again opened an independent tax accounting practice. Appointed Corporate Auditor of TAIHO Co., Ltd. in 2023.
